• The idea came about in 2011 when two engineers, one of them a pilot, discovered that the aeronautical industry had still not delivered the answer to preventing accidents caused by engine failure. From this moment on, AXTER began working on the problem of how to provide quality solutions to the industry.
 

  • The first step was to develop hybrid propulsion technology for aviation designed to avoid accidents caused by engine failure.

 

  • In the summer of 2013, AXTER carried out its first flight of an ultra-light airplane with the AX-40S hybrid propulsion system, and in the spring of 2015 AXTER launched the product to the market.

 

  •  Today, apart from marketing the AX-40S hybrid system, we also offer products and technology dealing with electric propulsion. We dedicate the majority of our efforts to innovating and advancing current technology.

Saving is important. The hybridization of the plane reduces operation, fuel and maintenance costs.
SAFE TECHNOLOGY
We want to save lives. We care about aircraft safety. Our system provides up to 20 extra minutes of flight time in the event of engine failure.

Our team is made up of ex-engineers from Airbus and the company CT Ingenieros, the principal subcontractor for Airbus in systems engineering and aeronautical structures.
